Lillie.

Lillie is the daughter of Aether Foundation president Lusamine and the older brother of Gladion. She attends Professor Kukui's Pokémon School alongside Ash and the other Alolan companions. Her defining initial condition: she has an aversion to physical contact with Pokémon, a phobia that the show eventually attributes to a childhood Nihilego possession involving her mother. The Lusamine arc - mother as villain, then victim, then survivor - is the franchise's most coherent parent-child antagonist storyline outside of Norman / May or N / King Harmonia.

Her Pokémon arc centers on Snowy, an Alolan Vulpix she receives as an egg in SM003 and gradually learns to touch in SM010. The bond stabilizes over the course of Ultra Adventures. By Ultra Legends she has fully reconciled with Lusamine (after the Nihilego possession is treated and the Aether Foundation reformed), and Snowy evolves to Alolan Ninetales as the emotional capstone. Lillie does not travel with Ash post-Manalo Conference; she stays at Aether Paradise as a researcher.
