What happens.
As they continue exploring the Orange Islands, Ash and his friends stumble upon a floating theater called the Pokémon Showboat, where all of the actors, singers, and dancers are Pokémon.

A filler arc inserted while Game Freak finalized Gen II. Brock stays behind with Prof. Ivy; Pokémon Watcher Tracey Sketchit replaces him. Ash collects four unique island gym badges and defeats Champion Drake.
