Synopsis
What happens.
Ash and his friends are travelling through a forest en route to Blackthorn City. As Ash gets hungry, Brock reads his guidebook and announces there is a town up ahead. This invigorates Ash and he starts running ahead.

Ash completes Johto, then enters the Silver Conference. Defeats rival Gary Oak before losing to Harrison in the Top 8. The original trio splits at the end. End of an era.
