0:07And on paper, it's the butler of the Pokémon world — little suit, little bow tie, always at your side.

0:11But the actual Pokédex describes something so much more specific than that, and once you see it, you can't unsee it.

0:14Indeedee has two spiral horns on its head that constantly sense the emotions of everyone around it.

0:18It reads the room before it walks into the room.

0:21And then it uses psychic power to predict what you're about to do — what you're about to need, what's about to go wrong — so it can already be solving the problem by the time you notice there is one.

0:25It never leaves your side.

0:28It is always scanning.

0:32And then there's this line, which is when the script flipped for me.

0:35The Pokédex says Indeedee dislikes conflict.

0:39And if a fight breaks out anywhere in its territory, it uses its psychic power to throw objects at the people fighting until they stop.

0:42Not to hurt them.

0:46To make it stop.

0:49Because Indeedee cannot be in a room where people are yelling.

0:53And I swear, the second I read that I was like.

0:56Oh.

1:00I know this person.

1:03It's the friend who texts to check in before you've even realized you're spiraling.

1:07It's the coworker who already handled the thing.

1:10It's the kid who grew up in a loud house and learned at six years old that reading the room was how you stayed safe — and then just never turned it off.

1:17They called it being mature for their age.

1:21Nobody ever told them they were allowed to stop scanning.

1:24Indeedee isn't a butler, Indeedee is a nervous system that learned kindness was the safer option.
