Take your progress with you.
Everything you save here, from your Pokédex history to your card collection and match log, lives in this browser only. To move it to a new phone or another computer, make a code here and bring it in on the other device. There is no account and nothing is sent to us.

Questions.
Is my data sent anywhere?
No. The code is your data itself, packed small, and it is made and read inside your browsers. The QR code is a link to this page with your code after the # sign, and browsers never send that part to a website. We keep nothing about you on our side.
Can I share my code?
Only with yourself. Anyone who has it can load your progress, and if it carries your Trainer Card edit key, they can edit your card. Send it to your own notes or email, not to a group chat or a public post.
Will bringing it in wipe what I already have?
Only where you choose Replace. "Add to what is here" joins the two together for things that combine safely: Pokémon viewed and caught, cards you own, your want list, saved teams, the Champions match log and the Pokopia checklist. "Leave as is" skips that part.
Why is there no QR code for mine?
A QR code a phone can read off a screen holds about 1,200 characters. A big collection needs more, so copy the code or download the file instead. The file opens on any device that can open this page.
Does this keep my devices in sync?
No. It is a one-time copy. Changes you make afterwards stay on the device you made them on until you move them again.
What does not move?
Things that belong to one browser: search filters, recent searches, and whether you have seen the privacy notice.
