All the Sync Pairs in Pokémon Masters EX.

In Pokémon Masters EX, every playable character is a "Sync Pair"; a Trainer plus their canon Pokémon partner. There are 619 unique Sync Pairs in the game across 245 different trainers (some trainers like Red, Cynthia, and Steven appear multiple times as alternate forms; Sygna Suit, Arc Suit, Anniversary, Seasonal, etc.). Each pair has a designated role (Strike, Tech, Support, Sprint, Field) and most can be raised to 5★ with a few reaching 6★ EX.

Strike is your damage dealer (split into Physical and Special variants). Tech applies debuffs and status effects. Support buffs your team. Sprint moves first and disrupts gauges. Field sets terrain effects. Multi can flex between roles. The game expects a team of three Sync Pairs covering complementary roles.

Sync Pairs come from banners (Spotlight Scout, Poké Fair, Master Fair, Variety Scout, Seasonal, Special Costume, Arc Suit Fair, EX Fair, EX Master Fair, Mix Scout) or from progression rewards (Main Story, Battle Points Exchange, Event Reward, Gym Scout, Trainer Lodge Exchange, Training Ticket Exchange). Master Fair and EX Master Fair feature 5★-guaranteed banners with the rarest and strongest pairs.

A power-up tier above 5★. Reaching 6★ EX unlocks a new Sync Move animation, often a new role (a Strike pair can pick up Support utility, etc.), and significant stat boosts. Not every pair is 6★ EX eligible; the dataset tracks which are.
