Dreepy.

0:00What if I told you the cute little ghost everyone scrolls past is a Pokémon that already died once?

0:03This is Dreepy.

0:06And it didn't start as a ghost!

0:09A long, long time ago, it was alive.

0:12It swam through ancient seas with the others, back when the world was younger.

0:16And then it died.

0:19Something ended it before it ever got to grow up.

0:22But it didn't move on...

0:25it came back!

0:28As a small green ghost with sleepy eyes, drifting through the same waters where it used to be alive, like part of it never understood that the life it's looking for is already over.

0:31And there's more.

0:34It came back so weak that the Pokédex says a child could defeat it.

0:37Not a trainer or a rival, but, a child!

0:40The thing that survived death is now so fragile that the smallest, gentlest opponent in the world could finish what killed it the first time.

0:43It died young, and it came back younger.

0:47Still a kid, still scared and still alone.

0:50There is only one thing that saves a Dreepy.

0:53It cannot get strong by itself, no matter how hard it tries.

0:56It only grows when something bigger finds it, lifts it up, and refuses to put it back down.

0:59Until the little ghost is finally strong enough to exist on its own.

1:02In a sense, some of you have already experienced something similar to Dreepy.

1:05Something in you ended.

1:08And you came back smaller than you were, drifting through the same rooms and the same routines, looking for a life that already changed without you.

1:11And you couldn't get strong again on your own, no matter how hard you tried.

1:14You only made it because someone refused to put you down.

1:18You're not weak for needing that!

1:21You're a ghost who got carried back to life.

1:24Have you ever come back from something that should have been the end of you?
