Fidough.

0:00What if I told you the little bread puppy everyone calls cute has been treasured by humans for a reason almost nobody knows?

0:04This is Fidough.

0:07A small, soft, gentle little Pokémon, basically a puppy made of dough.

0:11And it knows it's small.

0:14When something scares it, Fidough does this thing where it puffs itself up, swells up as big as it can, trying to look tougher and more intimidating than it actually is.

0:18It wants so badly to seem like more than a soft little thing.

0:22But here's what it never realized about itself.

0:25People have protected Fidough, sheltered it, kept it close and safe for as far back as anyone can remember.

0:29Not because it's strong or because it can fight.

0:32Because of something quiet it does just by breathing.

0:36Fidough helps things grow.

0:40Its breath makes the things around it rise, become fuller, become more than they were.

0:43It doesn't even try.

0:47It just exists near something, and that something gets better.

0:50Some of you are Fidough.

0:54You don't think you're the strong one, or the impressive one, so you puff yourself up, you try to seem like more, because you're scared that soft and gentle isn't enough.

0:58But you have never once noticed the actual gift.

1:01People grow around you.

1:05You walk into a room and it gets warmer.

1:08The people near you become more themselves, braver, fuller, better, and they don't even know why.

1:12You do that just by being there.

1:16You never had to puff yourself up to be worth keeping.

1:19The quiet way you help everything around you rise was always the rarest thing about you.

1:23Have you ever been the one who quietly makes everyone around you better?
