0:00What if I told you the patient blue Pokémon that just stands there and takes it is hiding something it would do anything to protect?
0:03This is Wobbuffet.
0:06The one that never attacks first.
0:09The Pokédex calls it a living testament to self-control, because it does nothing but endure.
0:12It will stand there and take hit after hit and never throw the first punch.
0:16And when it finally does respond, it doesn't even attack you.
0:19It just gives back exactly what you gave it, doubled.
0:22Its entire power is taking what was done to it and handing it back.
0:25So everybody assumes Wobbuffet is fine.
0:28Unbothered and too calm to be hurt by anything.
0:31But that was NEVER it.
0:34Because Wobbuffet is actually hiding something.
0:37It keeps its tail pitch black and tucked away, and the Pokédex says that tail holds a secret.
0:40And to make sure no one ever sees it, Wobbuffet lives its whole life in the dark.
0:43Living in caves, moving only at night.
0:47It arranged its entire existence around one tender thing nobody is allowed to see.
0:50And here's something else...
0:53You can hit Wobbuffet almost anywhere, and it will just take it.
0:56Anywhere EXCEPT the tail.
0:59The second someone reaches for the thing it's hiding, all that patience is gone, and it fights back with everything it has.
1:02Some of you are Wobbuffet.
1:05You're the one who can take anything.
1:08You never start the fight, instead you absorb it and stay calm while carrying on, and everybody decided that means you're okay.
1:11But you were never unbothered.
1:14But rather, you were never cold nor calm because nothing touched you.
1:18And you stayed calm because you decided your storms were yours to carry, and you carried them without making anyone else bleed for it.
1:21That isn't weakness, but, rather that's the strongest thing a person can do!
1:24So send this to the person who endures everything and still lets you believe they're fine.
1:27Because we know better now and we owe it all thanks to Wobbuffet!
Tank build. Bulk averages 102, offense tops out at 33.
Wobbuffet's base stat total is 405. The shape of a stat spread tells you everything about a Pokémon's role. Tanks lean defense, sweepers lean speed and attack.
