Applin.

0:00What if I told you Pokémon has a way to tell someone you want a future with them, and it fits inside an APPLE?

0:05This is Applin, The Apple Core Pokémon!

0:10In the Galar region, giving one to somebody is a romantic gesture.

0:15And when you understand how this little dragon lives, that gift feels much more personal.

0:20At birth, Applin finds an apple to live inside.

0:25That apple feeds it and shelters it from predators.

0:30If they're separated, Applin loses moisture and starts growing weak.

0:35But Applin cares for the apple too.

0:40The Pokédex says it produces a fluid that strengthens the skin and keeps the fruit from rotting.

0:45There's something truly lovely about choosing that Pokémon to give someone you love, right?

0:50A little life being protected by something it also helps preserve.

0:55It makes you think about the more subtle ways of showing love to someone.

1:00They remember how you take your coffee, or ask if you got home.

1:05You can tell them you had a terrible day without worrying that you've become a burden.

1:10Those things can seem small until you imagine your life without that person.

1:15That's what makes Applin work so perfectly as a gift for any Pokémon fan!

1:20You can hand someone this ridiculous little apple when saying how much they mean to you feels impossible.

1:25And hope they understand that when you picture the years ahead, they're in them.
