0:00What if I told you this Pokémon can make a home anywhere in the world, and it still can never hide where it came from?
0:05Meet Vivillon.
0:10It starts out as a tiny bug covered in a powder that keeps it warm in the cold and cool in the heat.
0:15Its Pokédex says that powder lets it survive in any region and any climate.
0:20Then it grows its wings, and the land it was born in paints them.
0:25One born where flowers bloom grows wings covered in flowers.
0:30So it can fly anywhere it wants, and everyone who sees it can tell exactly where it's from.
0:35Pokémon X and Y made that real.
0:40The pattern on your Vivillon came from wherever your 3DS said you lived.
0:45Every kid's Vivillon wore the colors of their own hometown.
0:50And if you wanted to see what Vivillon looked like anywhere else, somebody from that place had to send you theirs.
0:55It was a little piece of their home, flying into yours.
1:00That's how a lot of us found out some other areas had a prettier Vivillon than ours.
1:05And let’s be honest, we’ve never fully gotten over it!
1:10Maybe you moved far away from where you grew up, and some days you feel like you don't really belong anywhere.
1:15Maybe that's just your wings, carrying home with you wherever you go.
1:20Vivillon can make a home anywhere in the world, and it never stops wearing the place it came from.
1:25Tell me where you're from in the comments, and let's see how many colors we can fill this place with.
